The house is small on purpose — a founder, a production engine, and a growing bench of readers who write in with sources sharper than ours. There is no HR portal here, and there may never be one.

What there is, is work. Research that needs hands — archives read, dates checked, portraits traced to the record. Craft that needs eyes — motion, type, translation into Hindi and Bangla. If the century pulls you and you can hold the bar we hold, don’t wait for a listing.
